Over 100 manufacturers use our products and services, including 13 of the global top 15 passenger vehicle manufacturers. Our technology, however, is general purpose and we also serve the HVAC, AEC, power generation, biomedical, and electronics industries.


We employ a highly educated, culturally diverse team of over 350 people. Our corporate headquarters is in Burlington, Massachusetts, USA. Our sales and field engineering teams are located close to our customers throughout the world, with field offices in the United States, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, Korea, and China. PowerFLOW is an innovative, best-in-class product for simulating fluid flow and heat transfer. Fully integrated with PowerFLOW, PowerTHERM is a best-in-class thermal conduction and radiation solver, and PowerACOUSTICS predicts transmission of wind noise to vehicle interiors and to the far field.

PowerFLOW is based on an extended Lattice Boltzmann method that we refer to as DIGITAL PHYSICS®. This inherently transient, inherently numerically stable, patented technology enables PowerFLOW to predict fluid flow with a level of accuracy and insight into flow behavior better than possible with physical testing or traditional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods. With PowerFLOW, a single, fully detailed geometric model and a single physics model is used for all aerodynamic, aeroacoustic, and thermal simulations — an approach we call TotalANALYSIS™. This allows rapid cross-disciplinary trade-off studies, and reduces the time and expertise required to perform the analysis.
